Free standard shipping.

Express shipping, if available, will be calculated at check-out.

Orders with standard shipping will typically arrive within 5 to 7 business days (Monday through Friday, not including Weekends and Holidays).

Standard shipping is available for orders to the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii), and Rural Routes. We do not currently ship Internationally, to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses and U.S. Territories.

Orders will not be processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Orders will ship within 3 to 7 business days. If you have any questions regarding our shipping policies, please contact us.

Return & Exchange Policy

Our Boaring Threads family want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase and shopping experience.

We accept returns or exchanges on all merchandise in new condition with its original tags and packaging. Any items to be returned or exchanged must not be washed, altered, worn or damaged. We do not accept returns for items purchased through third-party retailers.

Full-Price Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the order date to receive a refund or exchange.

Sale-Price and Clearance Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the order date to receive store credit only.

All refunds will be applied to the original method of payment used at check-out.

Gift Cards cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged or redeemed for cash.

Please allow up to ten business days for your return to be processed. Once your return has been completed, you will be notified via email.

Customers may exchange a full-priced item for the same item/style number in a different color and/or size only.

Custom/Special/ Personalized orders are non-refundable.
